The Albury-Wodonga Corporation is a major land owner in the Albury-Wodonga region. Over the past 30 years the Corporation has produced more than 6,000 residential blocks and 7 fully serviced industrial estates.

The Corporation has discontinued its previous role as a land developer and is now concentrating on the disposal of its property assets in an orderly manner by around 2015. It is proposed to ultimately wind up the Corporation.

The progressive disposal of the Corporation's property assets over a period of years provides investment opportunities for private sector property developers. The Corporation's land bank comprises varying sized parcels of developable residential land, developable industrial land as well as rural land.
